The room is clean. Nice views. But sometimes there is no water in the middle of the night. The hot water is also not hot enough.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih, halaman indah, pelayanannya sangat ramah dan baik. Hanya saja tidak diberi air mineral dan tidak ada kopi/teh sachet set di kamar, juga tidak ada peralatan untuk mandi di dalam kamar, kecuali pada hari ketiga, baru diberikan air mineral karena lagi hari natal tanggal 25 Desember katanya. Tempat sabun harus diperbaiki karena pecah dan macet tidak bisa dikeluarkan sabunnya, demikian juga lampu kamar mandi yang kedip-kedip membuat kurang nyaman di mata. Shower nya harus diganti dengan yang lebih bagus supaya kencang airnya, mohon untuk diperhatikan. Jika mau air panas juga tidak ada kettle pemanas di dalam kamar, jadi harus beli seharga 15.000 untuk satu termos besar ke pihak hotel. Semoga lebih bisa ditingkatkan pelayanannya supaya bisa lebih nyaman menginap di Tamado Cottage. Terima Kasih.

Good place, but the hot shower can't be used at night🥶

Air tiap pagi mati, saya dan kel mau wudhuk susah. Sikat tidak d sediakan, remot tv buat ganti channel tidak bisa, 2 malam saya d sini H-2 minta d bersihkan kt penjaga tidak ada pembersihan kl mau d bersihkan kena cas, handuk tidak di ganti. Saya sangat menyesal nginap d hotel ini. Udah mahal tapi tidak puas.

Nice place. But a few problems. Bathroom shower redhot and couldn't be adjusted. Spoke to the receptionist. Said they fixed. Not done. Couldn't use shower for the rest of holiday. Other room had a same problem. Bathroom sink not attached. Lacking all the time. The TV not work. No remote or adjustments. This issues need to be fixed. Or the price heavily need adjusted down.

Recommended, staying with family is comfortable. The staff is also friendly.

I ordered 5 rooms, but because it came at night that only 3 rooms were provided and 2 were placed in the family room, the number of rooms that have been ordered is not appropriate because there are customers who come so they prioritize subscriptions more than those that have been ordered by the customer.

The entire staff and receptionist are not friendly, throw guests out at check in, the bathroom door is broken, the sink is clogged, the blanket smells a bit, the towel line is broken, the water is small.

Ketika check in staf nya sangat cerewet, sempat berdebat ketika menghitung jumlah tamu yang mau nginap. Saya ambil 6 kamar untuk 12 dewasa dan 2 anak usia 10tahun, dia memaksa saya harus ambil extra bed padahal anak saya bisa gabung dengan kami di 1 bed.

the room is clean, but the bathroom door is broken and has not been repaired, a teapot or cup is not provided in the room, just a suggestion is to provide a small thermos or hot water jug (drinking water) in the room, considering the air temperature in tuktuk is very cold, that is will add value and convenience to customers.

Clean spacious rooms, just bad service. No glass or drink or teapot is provided. must buy, if there must really bring food and drink supplies.

The inn is clean and comfortable, served friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant getting up early to be able to directly see the lake.

The place is comfortable, the view is good (directly facing the lake), clean, economical price.

The recommended place to stay for those who want to walk in the tuk-tuk. The rooms are clean and the owner is friendly.

dusty bed and many mites, look like they didn't change the bed sheet and clean the room daily. TV remote also had trouble however we used 2 kind of remote. please consider this.

Choose a room with a balcony overlooking the lake.
