The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is good

I was from out of town and arrived at 12:30 AM. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the elevator was clean, and the surroundings were clean and comfortable. The room was soundproof. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me, and overall, this hotel is top-notch. I'll definitely be back. I spent two nights here comfortably, and it wasn't noisy.

Kami sangat amat kecewa, diberikan kamar yang kuncinya (magnetic card) tidak dapat digunakan. Dan kami diberikan kamar yang berhadapan dengan gudang dan jemuran. Sangat tidak pantas untuk penginapan/hotel dengan kelas bintang 2. Kami komplain untuk refund dan tidak diberikan. Dan akhirnya kamar tersebut tidak kami gunakan sama sekali. Semoga pengalaman kami tidak dirasakan oleh tamu lain selanjutnya.

Staff nya oke AC oke cuman perawatan untuk fasilitasnya amad kurang baik bisa dibilang lalu ada sarang laba-laba di atapnya dan ruangan bau rokok, spreinya dan sarung bantal kepalanya juga selalu dan air minuman kemasan gak ada lalu sikat gigi gak ada juga dengan harga demikian mendingan di hotel budget lebih baik. tolong surveylah sebelum di masukan dalam hotel di aplikasi ini harus nilainya 5an kalo nilai 7 min harus kaya hotel sekelas itu walau kecil ruangannya bersih dan fasilitas standar hotel oke.
