Check in for 2 nights. After 1 night, the water could not be turned on in the morning. Even though I was chasing a work deadline. Finally suffered a loss because I could not be on time. Wifi was also difficult to connect.

Breakfast was treated to a beautiful view

Its clean and cozy to stay, if you are going to Luwuk you better stay here for a reasonable price

Kamar nyaman, responsive & helpful staffs, walaupun lokasi agak jauh dari tempat makan. Cocok untuk pelaku perjalanan bisnis.

Pelayanan dari staff sangat memuaskan, kamar nyaman, kebersihan terjaga, sarapan/breakfast sederhana namun dapat dinikmati. Sayangnya air panas sering on & off ketika saya ditempatkan di lantai II (kamar # 211 pada tanggal 02-03Jun) ketika mendapat kamar di lantai I air panas dari shower oke.

Untuk harga di atas 300 fasilitas jauh dibawah hotel lain yang benar-benar bersih dan terjaga semua fasilitasnya. Bahkan hotel lain aja masih lebih nyaman. Lantai berdebu, kamar mandi agak temaram, ga dapat sendal, yang paling menyedihkan tv ga bisa dinyalain alasan nya sedang perbaikan jaringan. Saya traveling sendirian tentu aja merasa ga nyaman dan sepi sekali. Otomatis hp nyala sampe pagi mengusir sepi dan baru bisa tidur setelah solat subuh. Pagi langsung checkout pindah ke hotel lain.

The location is less strategic, especially far from eating places. The elevator also smells of iron and dusty breakfast menu is also not delicious. Only perfunctory.

The food is good, the toilet is clean, the service is good and friendly, the parking lot is spacious, cheap, the rooms are clean.

TV broadcasts were only 3, the employees did not respect the guests, they ate again but they did not use their legs, the bread had a laler. The point is really disappointed.

Prices are suitable and fairly clean.
