Thật không thể tưởng tượng được. Vào nhận phòng xong cảm giác như 1 cú lừa. Phòng ẩm mốc tệ nhược như đời chưa bao giờ vào cái phong như vậy. Vòi nuước thì nhỏ từng giọt. Phòng ẩm ướt. Hành lanc dơ bẩn vô cùng không khác gì khu ổ chuột. Mình đặt phòng 6 ngày đêm vô nhận phòng tắm rửa xong người khó chịu không thể tả nổi, đầu óc nhứt rõ , phòng ngọt ngạc chịu không nổi và tôi quyết định vát vali đi ở chỗ khác chưa đầy sau 30p đến nhận phòng. Thật khủng khiếp! Quá mất uy tín.

Hotel name on web and actual is different. The photo of the room is very modern, but the actual room looks like it was built in 1980. The air conditioner is hot and noisy. The toilet is broken, there is no mirror

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, view rất ok. Đặc biệt là nhân viên rất nice, mình đi chơi 3 giờ sáng mới về alo nhân viên là niềm nở ra mở cửa ngay chứ không như những khách sạn khác, đi chơi về trễ là nhân viên thái độ

No make-up room service unless told. Cleanliness is not up to our satisfactory level and air-conditioning is not working well. Reception not well-verse in English at all and they only know 2 words, i.e. ok and no. But they are quite friendly with the guest. Communication level is almost zero. Nothing special around the area and no halal food in the area too. I am unable to shop around and I have to use Grab taxi to go to another areas for shopping. This will be my last visit to this hotel. Thank you.

The room looks totally different from the preview images, has odor and not spacious. However, if not staying for long and having limited budget for private room near the city center, it's still ok.

Poor customer service, we were not reminded of check out time. I was knocked on the door while taking a bath which was 2 hours after check out time making it impossible for us not to pay for over staying

The hotel is quite cramped, no wardrobe. Dirty toilet, air conditioner is quite noisy. Feeling gas vapor Price compared to quality is quite bad

The old room, floor and wallpaper are all full of dust, old and not-so-clean blankets, the toilet is clogged and unusable, the room smells bad and suffers, the bathroom door is badly damaged, cannot be closed and extremely poorly patched.

dissatisfied, employees are not honest at the service, for example: the number of car rental is 120K, scooter is 150 No for 1 day. Here, I also rent a car to get 150K, moreover I want to rent a car but less than 1 day also counts as 1 day so I do not want to rent anymore. Room recorded 19m2 but probably only 13m2, with drinking water but no hair dryer as recommended. I did not see the name of Sun Flower Hotel but Van Hoa.

I booked a double room, when I arrive the receptionist give me a twin room with balcony, but after that, they recognised that they were wrong, then they asked us to move immediately to a small room with very bad attitude. What i'm saying here is about the attitude. For the rest, the room was okay! Service is normal; they forgot our breakfast also (include with room charge), or maybe the staff don't want to serve. I would give 5/10.
