Access is a bit difficult, especially at night. The map isn't accurate. It's far from shops and restaurants.

When I entered, I was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist. When I entered the room, the toilet water tank wasn't flowing. I asked to change rooms but they said there was a technician, but they didn't show up. The towels looked like mops and smelled.

The hotel has a beautiful and clean atmosphere and comfortable and clean rooms, cheap prices and is close to the city center.

I have stayed here several times, the location is very good, easy to find food. But the last time I stayed, I found dirty used false eyelashes on the blanket. It seems like the bed sheet and others have not been replaced. Please pay attention to cleanliness again

The staff was very helpful when we needed some utensils and very polite in answering our questions, though we couldn't solve the problem. The problem was we thought the room would have good air circulation and natural light (from the pictures on online booking), but turned out the only window is facing the corridor, so not much air circulation and the light was only from the lighting installed in the room.

Check-in process was smooth. The bedroom was very clean but the space in the room was quite narrow. They have to upgrade/change their mattress to make it softer and more comfortable to sleep on. They also need to upgrade/change their pillows because they were small and thin. I would recommend providing more pillows for each bed so the guests can sleep better. Their staff was very friendly. Their Wi-Fi connection is often disconnected and 4G/5G reception for my cellular phone in the room was not good.

The room is clean, quite spacious and family friendly. The hotel is quite quiet so you can rest more comfortably. But if you want to find food, you have to go out a bit further because the hotel is in a residential area. So there are no food stalls around. I will stay here again next time. Thanks.

Location inside a housing complex, a la carte breakfast 1 person 1 menu of food and drink. not suitable for families with children or more than 1 suitcase. Rooms on the 2nd floor do not have anyone to help carry luggage so carry your own suitcase up the stairs.

Noisy and the bed is hard. The room is not soundproof so if someone runs on the 2nd floor it can be heard on the 1st floor
