Very helpful staff, convenient location.

Strategic location, clean rooms, and direct beachfront access, minus the numerous flies. If you arrive a bit late, you might not be able to park and will have to parallel park. If you want to order GoFood, most restaurants are quite far away; it's recommended to bring your own food and cook your own meals.

Very happy, the room is comfortable, fragrant, very clean, Mr. Iwan is always on standby and very friendly, all rooms have AC and it works perfectly, the AC is very cold. Next time I want to stay here again, I swear I won't have any regrets, besides that, Mr. Iwan is very kind, the check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm, this time at 11:30 the room was ready and he immediately contacted me. 👍

Really satisfied staying here, even though it was my first time trying it and thank God it was not a dud, when I arrived it was ready to be occupied, the room was clean, fragrant, neat and the AC was also cold, all the facilities were complete from the kitchen to cooking utensils, gas gallons and there was also a refrigerator, there was also wifi which was not slow at all, the TV was also a smart TV, basically the best, the staff were also friendly and available 24 hours cool!! Next time I want to stay here again 🥰🤗

Overall, it's okay with the old type of room, the AC is cold, but the water went off several times and for me, the water often goes off with the beachfront location, so it's really difficult.

Bangunan lama tapi lumayan oke, kami pesan unit untuk 15 orang kamar 3, cuma saran saja ini unit untuk 15 orang, tapi tempat tidur tidak cukup, cuma muat untuk 9 orang, mestinya kalau diperuntukan untuk 15 orang kasurnya juga harus memadai untuk 15 orang, jadi kami pesan extra bed 4 pcs, Rp50 ribu per hari, saran juga sediain 1 saja kipas angin di ruang keluarga, yang paling kami suka view depan unit langsung pantai yang pasirnya lembut tanpa karang. Paling the best dari unit ini adalah Mas Iwan sebagai pengelola, orangnya baik gercep banget ketika kami butuh sesuatu, pokoknya baik banget. Overall kami suka menginap di sini, terima kasih.

Lahan parkir sangat sempit.

The villa looks like an old building from the outside, but when you go inside it turns out the building is beautiful, the view is straight to the beach, it's not far to go to the beach. And the beach is also clean, there are no corals. The facilities in the villa also function well. And the villa admin, Mas Iwan, is really good, responds quickly. Overall staying here is really good.

1. Penginapannya sudah waktunya di renov karena sudah tua dan banyak yang sudah lapuk terutama balkon karena pagar balkon banyak yang tebuat dari kayu yang sudah dimakan rayap. 2. Air cuma 2 kali nyala, seringan mati alasan dari pengelola mesin rusak tapi kata penjaganya lagi isi torrent, jadi entahlah mana yang bener. Mau mandi dan lain-lain jadi susah karena ketersediaan air yang minim sangat. 3. Kamar mandi bersih tapi closed tidak bisa flush, shower sudah karatan perlu diganti, keran westafel karatan dan duh direnov deh. 4. Untuk pantai rame banget kayak pasar tumpah disertai penjual yang tidak ada jedanya, jadi males duduk di pantai sekedar lihat ombak laut. 5. Plusnya, untuk permainan lumayan lengkap, ada jet sky, banana boat, donut boat dan bahkan bisa snorkling ke tempat yang bagus dengan nyewa boat 2 orang 500rb, tapi kalau rombongan @150rb min 5 orang, disediakan alat-alat snorkling. 6. Saya dapet harga di lantai 2 semalam 1.400rb sekian. Jadi menurutku mahal untuk fasilitas yang tidak memadai

Mantap pelayanan yang memuaskan pokoknya mah mantap lah.

Awalnya lihat bangunanannya sendiri tidak meyakinkan, tapi ternyata di dalam cukup rapih bersih, dan wangi, apalagi ketika buka pintu keluar langsung disambut pantai. Kurangnya adalah pertama: tidak ada handuk dan peralatan mandi, padahal di deskripsi ada, untung sebelumnya bertanya ke Pak Iwan selaku penjaga yang menkonfirmasi kami lewat WA 1 hari sebelumnya. Yang kedua, banyak pedagang, banyak banget yang nawarin dari mulai pijat, tato sampe makananan, pokoknya kalo nongkrong di pantai siap-siap aja banyak yang nawarin, saya sendiri merasa terganggu, hingga gak berani lama-lama nongkrong di pantai dan lebih banyak di kamar atau berenang sekalian. Tapi apakah saya kapok? Tentu tidak, penjaga yang ramah (Pak Iwan) dan sigap membantu serta Bu Uni tukang pijat yang pijatannya cocok sekali di saya membuat saya berniat kembali ke sana, dekat dengan Alfama* juga, mudah-mudahn ada rezeki dan bisa ke sana lagi, sukses selalu Pak Iwan.

Tempat dan pemandangannya bagus, ruangan bersih. Peralatan dapur lengkap, penjaganya Pak Iwan ramah dan baik. Cuma yang perlu diperhatikan ACnya, tapi untuk keseluruhan the best lah.
