The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Spacious clean room with small fridge and actually smart TV, but didn't know why the remote seemed to work improperly. Standard amenities including toothbrush and paste, cotton buds, sanitary pads. If you need an iron and board or hairdryer, just ask the staff, no charge. The mattress is comfy. The staff is really helpful. The location is around 2 km from Art Street, still walkable.

The amount which I paid and the room experience is not up to standard … Management should improve on cleanliness and to change those mattress. Hotel name as WiFi Boutique but even the hotel WiFi is not speed enough # very slow. Some improvement needed to maintain the standard of the hotel.

Got a connected room. The other room beside mine was very noisy with their TV sounds & coughing non stop. They also smoking. No soundproof room. Good parking slot. Good room.

The hotel was clean and neat, the room was well equipped and modern. The location was the most advantage of the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant and breakfast in the hotel. Yet, there was plenty of great restaurants around. Small gym can be an added value to the hotel.

Pillow and blanket have a cigarette smell, very unpleasant since I'm not a smoker.

the room & toilet is very clean & tidy. you can watch netflex & utube inside room & you won't be boring. the wifi also good & fast. at level 6 got bicycle museum as a guest you can visit for free. it's located near by nasi kandar deen maju & nasi kandar clear. the staffs are very friendly & helpful. I am very satisfied & happy to stay here.

The room is clean and very comfortable. The people are friendly and considerate, very willing to help both information and other things. We are very satisfied and will definitely be back again.
