I checked in and the room I was given didn't match the photos. We then upgraded for an additional fee. The room was cleaner, but the TV wouldn't work, and we were moved to a room with a working TV. However, the sink in the new room was clogged.

The floor of the room was very dirty, the soles of my feet were black.

The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which isn't very good. Everything else is great.

You can check in early, and the room is comfortable because the new building is cool. The service is friendly. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, milk, a main course of rice, noodles, eggs, vegetables, and bread. The Ameera room is very comfortable.

Nothing's perfect, but this hotel is highly recommended. It makes you feel at home. Reasonable price, excellent service. Best of luck to all of us. 🙏

The hotel is comfortable, the family likes the place, the facilities are complete and when eating all the food is offered and all the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere makes you miss going back there, next trip there again😇

This hotel, for around 200,000 Rupiah, offers a ton of amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on holiday.

Hi everyone, my stay at the Princess Hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, and the environment was neat, but the bathroom door was a bit difficult to close, the TV was manual, and the water heater took a while to turn on. The food was still standard: fried rice, fried noodles, boiled noodles, fried eggs, and toast. Staff Assistance: The staff were friendly and very helpful during check-in and check-out. Highlights: This hotel was very quiet, away from the noise, perfect for a vacation. Price: Additional charges are still competitive, and room rates are cheaper when booked online. Location: Approximately 500m from Sevilage
