The hotel staff was nice and friendly, the floors were clean, access to the city was quick, and the food was good for the price.

Strategic location close to Mulawarman University/UNMUL (<500 m) can exercise in the University area, near Robinson, Lembuswana Mall. There are several low budget food vendors around the hotel (<300 meters) or around unmul, there is a family friendly cafe right across from the guest house. strong signal wifi, bathroom cleanliness is maintained even though sharing a bathroom, hot/cold dispensers are available, guest reception rooms are available on the 2nd floor. There is a mosque near the hotel (200 m). Very worth it to repeat reservation. Minus car parking on the side of the road, but motorbike parking is available within the guest house fence area (there is security).
