It's always a recommended vacation spot for Singkawang. You can even enjoy a pool and a beach, which is great!

I booked three rooms of the same type and price. The other two rooms were fine, but the room I stayed in was in a very different condition. The air conditioning in my room wasn't cooling at all. Furthermore, the closet was full of cobwebs, and the walls and toilet were infested with sewage flies. I went to the front desk to request a room cleaning and the AC checked. After the cleaning, the sewage flies did decrease for a while, but they soon returned, becoming very annoying and making sleep uncomfortable. Because the AC wasn't working properly, the room felt musty and damp. I went to the front desk three times to ask for a solution, but there was no follow-up other than an apology, claiming the hotel was fully booked. I appreciate the apology, but I believe there should have been some kind of resolution or compensation. My biggest regret is that I booked three rooms of the same type and paid the same price for each, so each room should have been of equal quality. For the price I paid, I felt the room I stayed in didn't meet the required standards and wasn't worth renting. Regardless, the hotel's location is actually quite good. There is direct access to the beach and you can see the sunset too.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, making it difficult to rest or sleep due to the heat. It only started to get colder after dawn. Some of the furniture was peeling.

The bathroom smelled like urine, maybe I was just unlucky. Then the AC leaked, dripping. I didn't sleep well for one night, with lots of water on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine, those were the only issues I encountered.

Perfect for a staycation or transit hotel, the hotel is quite nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, so it's quite good. I plan to return.

The hotel service was friendly, but the air conditioning in the room wasn't cool at all. The lighting in the bathroom was minimal and dim.

The room was dirty, with a sandy floor, no hotel slippers provided, cobwebs on the ceiling, and dust on the headboard. The blankets were also a bit sandy, and I don't know if the sheets had been changed. Even though we checked in late in the afternoon, the TV couldn't be watched. The water wouldn't drain properly when we showered, causing the bathroom to flood.

The AC isn't cold. There are lots of ants in the room.

The Wi-Fi signal sometimes came in and sometimes didn't, I had to log in again. I don't know because I got the room at the end, but overall it was good.

The taste of the food for breakfast is inconsistent, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's just so-so.
