Even though the order didn't include breakfast, we got free morning snacks: coffee, tea, instant noodles, toast, and white bread. Thank you, Yokotel Hotel.

Strategic location, clean and comfortable

Clean, near the toll gate, the best hotel in Jatinangor.

It's perfect for those of you just stopping by for a nap on a road trip, like me, who needed a place to sleep overnight. The downside is that it's not soundproof. It can get noisy at night, whether it's people still talking or traffic noise. But so far, so good.

I always prefer staying here when I'm planning a trip to Jatinangor because it's comfortable and the location is great. However, this time, I stayed there while a male guest was chatting outside until midnight and was very noisy, disturbing the other guests. It would be better if the hotel reminded guests who were noisy during rest/sleep hours. The satellite TV is still problematic and doesn't seem to have been fixed by the hotel (last time I stayed in the same room). During normal times, the broadcast often has problems, and especially when it rains, the broadcast is completely inactive. The hotel's Wi-Fi is unusable. The room's comfort is okay, but the walls are scratched and stained, making them look untidy by hotel standards. The bathroom is clean, but the walls need a thorough cleaning. There are only two pillows available, and they're too thin for hotel standards. The staff and security are friendly and very helpful. Maybe they could offer the same fried rice breakfast as before.

It's just enough. The window faces the hallway, so it's a bit uncomfortable.

Very near to ITB & UNPAD Jatinangor, it's a great hotel to stay for parents who visit their child, overall good.

It's quite ok for a hotel in Jatinangor, the important thing is that it's clean and comfortable, just needs to improve the service adza, the breakfast doesn't have many choices, only instant noodles and toast, overall it's recommended for the room and cleanliness.

Business rooms are small, while deluxe rooms are quite spacious. Minus points (-): Most rooms have windows facing the hallway. TV only has one channel. Wi-Fi is slow. No work desk, just a 20cm wide wooden shelf, the size of a small plate for cups, not suitable for a laptop. The room chairs resemble those found in food stalls: round metal chairs with no backrests. Conclusion: Worth the money. Not recommended for work or college assignments. Borrowing tables or chairs from staff is not allowed.

Got a room with a broken AC, and wanted to extend my stay the next day. I was moved to a different room but had to wait outside until the room was ready. Why did I have to wait outside the room to extend my stay? 😞
