Stayed in a family room. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities, and two bathrooms. The family room is separate from the main building. Unfortunately, the number of electrical outlets in the room is very limited, and there are no extra pillows even though the number of guests can be up to five, so you have to request them. There is no breakfast, but they call it a snack and what is offered is bread, instant noodles, tea, and coffee. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at Yokotel.👍🏼

The room is very clean and new, the bed is good, the TV channels are good, the AC is cold. The only thing missing is that there is no breakfast, only instant noodles, bread, coffee and tea.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic. It's close to various well-known universities, so there are many food options around the hotel. Indomaret is walking distance from the hotel. There's a gas station nearby. A simple breakfast is provided: white bread (can be toasted) and jam, or instant noodles. Coffee and tea are also available. Not bad for filling your stomach before leaving the hotel for activities 😄

It's quite comfortable for staying and transit, and the location is strategic... If there are a lot of guests, the parking lot will be full.

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. I initially couldn't get a refund for the extra days, but the service and room were excellent, so I wasn't disappointed. Thank you.

clean, tidy, quite fresh, only the room size is not very spacious

the location is nice. but with that rate, the room could be more clean. there are some spider webs inside the room. the wifi also very slow and sometimes it went down. the tv channel also so so

It's worth a stopover. Close to IPDB, ITB, and UNPAD.

Check-in was fast, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, but it was a shame there weren't enough tissues in the room.

Stayed here because I had business on campus, checked in around 8 and happened to get a room on the 1st floor behind the reception desk, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was quite well maintained, only the lighting in the bathroom felt a bit dark but it wasn't too much of a problem, the room amenities were also sufficient, only there was no kettle for hot water, so if you need hot water you can ask the staff, the hotel staff were friendly, didn't have time to have breakfast here because I had to check out very early (also didn't have time to document the whole hotel), the car park was actually sufficient, but on holidays or graduation agendas it might be quite busy so you have to leave the key to the security when parking, in conclusion, this hotel is quite safe to stay at if you have business in Jatinangor 👍🏻

The room is clean, the building is still new, the only minus is there is no breakfast but there is a substitute with toasted bread and sweet tea snacks, overall it's okay and comfortable.

Satisfying for that price. Worth it.

Nice hotel, stayed for 1 night, room not too big but it is clean, close to Jatinangor Town Square.

comfortable stay here, cleanliness is quite ok for 2 stars, all staff are friendly in serving, traffic flow is still audible but not too disturbing, no breakfast for all room types but get morning snacks just a suggestion to have a cafeteria that sells light food or snacks, because there is no hotel restaurant :) will come back here again if I go to Jatinangor

The bread was finished, when I asked the officer, he offered me the bread on the table that had not been eaten by other visitors. Do I have to eat other people's food?

Comfort and cleanliness are really maintained from the hotel yard to the inside of the hotel room. The bathroom is clean.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms are very clean. The location was very prime. Although we booked rooms only, they still provide us with snack vouchers so we can enjoy the snacks (Pop Mie, toast, coffee & tea) for breakfast.
