Stayed in a suite, cleanliness was so-so, but the bathtub was worse, the cold water didn't work, so you had to call a technician, which took quite a while.

I really like coming here when I'm in Depok. The rooms are luxurious and the food is delicious and has many types. Maybe the cleanliness of the toilets needs a little more attention, and now you don't get cotton bud amenities anymore, right?

My expectations were wrong with the Traveloka rating of 8.6. 1. There were no 3s when we first stepped foot in the lobby. We passed the receptionist and a tall woman from the restaurant who paced back and forth twice, but both women still had a confused aura. 2. We stayed for two nights in suite 510, but we directly requested mineral water and shower gel around 4 p.m. on the second day. They told us they would be delivered to our room, but no one even delivered them until we checked out. 3. The first toilet and the main bathroom were very slippery when wet, and we nearly slipped several times. 4. For a 3-star hotel, the electricity tripped and lasted about 15 minutes before coming back on. 5. The breakfast menu wasn't very fresh, and the taste was mediocre. So on the second day, I opted to skip breakfast. Our two-night stay was enough.

Second staycation… strategic location, friendly staff, and affordable price. I felt comfortable and happy with the well-maintained cleanliness of the room. The hotel is also close to shopping centers and restaurants.
