Unfriendly receptionist, abandoned building.

All rotten, facilities, service, smelly rooms, toilets.

Very Dirty, AC is not working, very not recomended.

Cheap hotels, not cheap quality, it's just a shame the bathrooms are a bit dirty

The room is not suitable for use, very very disappointed, it doesn't match the photo in the app, there are rats in the room, the bathroom has a hole in the roof, really the worst experience staying here, it looks like the hotel is no longer suitable for habitation 🙏🏻 really disappointed, please pay attention to the existing hotel facilities so you won't be disappointed like me, I forgot to take a photo because I'm not interested in staying here 🙏🏻.

The room and the toilet were dirty, uncomfortable.

1. Staff malam kurang training, kurang komunikatif dan kamar saya sempat dijual kalau bukan karena ada pelanggan lain yang menjelaskan staf tidak mau mengembalikan kamar saya. Staff malam selalu menjawab gatau karena bilangnya tidak diinfokan staf pagi. Untuk staf pagi nice ramah dan helpful. Staf malam cara menjawabnya seperti menjawab ke tetangga. 2. Kamar suite hanya 1 dan bersebelahan dengan kamar staf membuat tidak nyaman untuk saya yang trip sendiri karena pintu kamar staf sering terbuka. 3. Ac bocor. 4. Kurang perawatan kamar interior maupun seprai dan bantalnya terbuka, dacronya keluar. 5. Koridor panas karena outdoor ac setiap kamar ada di koridor. 6. Untuk akses hotel lumayan dan dekat dengan resto 24 jam. 7. Pelayanan laundry hotel cepat dan wangi. Keluhan ini juga sudah saya sampaikan ke staf pagi. Sayang sekali jika bintang 3 dengan lokasi strategis tidak terawat dan harusnya bisa memperbaiki kualitasnya.

Kamar sangat tidak layak. Kamar sangat bau rokok. Kondisi kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto yang dipasang oleh pihak hotel di app. Sangat tidak recommended.

The hotels was so very unhygienic with bed bugs everywhere and careless staffs.

In the lobby, the floor was already dirty, then the room was dirty too, the bathroom when I just arrived, the mat was wet like it was flooded, so it turned out that the sink was leaking, it smelled really bad.

Very bad service. Dirty and smelly rooms are not suitable as a place to rest. Garbage was scattered in front of the room and the receptionist when he complained did not provide a solution but was angry. For those who want to stay here it is better not to and cannot be refunded.

The effect is sloppy, lack of cleanliness

The bed is broken (not worth it) the TV turns off by itself. AC is not provided remotely. Please allow to move rooms but have to pay 20K cass. Only 1 time stay here.

The room is really ugly, the sheets don't look like they haven't been washed, the room is stuffy, then the smell doesn't really smell good. Better not stay here.

The room smells damp, the water is small. Sorry, I didn't take a photo, just stayed a day and immediately moved to Ubud, the room smelled so bad that the clothes weren't used.

The least place! I rent it for 2 nights. I choose to move. The room smells musty, the window has mildew on the hips, the water in the toilet can't flush. I asked the receptionist when I forgot to start it. Andap in the bathroom look so dark already. The receptionist is also less friendly 😫 loss, but rather than uncomfortable moving the hotel alone.
