I really appreciate the hotel’s commitment to being more eco friendly. The refillable glass bottle water is a good decision, although I’d reccomend cleaning the bottle more often. The room itself is pretty specious. The design is quirky, in a good way. The usual amenities are provided.
Downside:
The room is not soundproof at all, I could hear the room next door very clearly. The curtains are very dusty. The receptionist got my requests mixed up during checkin and I had to change room 2x before I got what I requested. Maybe an unsupervised trainee since he couldn’t remember the room types correctly.

There were a lot of issues when i arrived at my room. The AC and jet shower were leaking but the staff was very quick to respond and help fix them. Thank you

The bed was dirty, you can even see blood on linen… The first floor rooms have to use stair and the stair is unsafe. Aircon wasn't work properly, and the air wasn't even cold.

Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we are very concerned to hear about the condition of the linen in your room. After we double checked linen was clean and
have dry stain (was not new wet blood) & we assured we are not set up used linen or dirty linen for new guest & we always daily laundry of all our linens & towels.
We also regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning, while that room also was occupied by other guests were before and in our recorded they weren't having issue about the AC. And regarding the stairs that we concerns about the safety stairs and besides that the lobby is not far from the room.
Your comments are valuable to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much-improved stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly but unfortunately the room given is one with stairs. Hopefully in the future they will be given one with an elevator like usual.
