Comfortable, clean, tidy place, really enjoyed staying with family.

Not clean enough, no air conditioning, small TV, at that price per night it should be more than the current facilities, very unsatisfactory.

Cukup 1x seumur hidup aja nginap di sini, harga nya terlalu mahal untuk kamar yang cuma ada kipas padahal harga 150 harusnya udah dapet yang AC tau gitu cari hotel yang lain, hotel kok nggak ada sikat gigi odol & selimut udah gitu handuk nya juga udah buluk banget kamar mandinya malah lebih bagus kamar mandi kost²an dari pada ini (kotor&nggak ada air panas) oiya satu lagi sarapan gratis nya juga nggak ada padahal di aplikasi tertera dan pegawai nya juga nggak profesional, mending ganti aja nama nya jadi penginapan jangan hotel nggak sesuai soalnyaa hotel bintang 1 aja nggak kayak gini ini mah bukan hotel.

Booking hotel with breakfast. The breakfast schedule is written at 7-10 a.m. But when I checked in, I asked the receptionist what could I ask for a special breakfast that could be ready to serve at 6 am? The receptionist said yes even though it could only be toast. The next day at 6 am, I asked again at the receptionist (different receptionists might be due to shift shifts). But the answer I received was different from the previous receptionist. When I asked for info on other motorbikes / public vehicles, he was also reluctant to answer. When your employees are lazy to work, I am also lazy to go back to stay at this beautiful mangir hotel. My advice, you should provide service standards for employees to guests. The rooms that are standard hotels are definitely forgiven if the service is okay. Not like yesterday.
