It would be better if there was a water heater in each room.

With affordable price, you can get a comfortable and very clean room. The water heater works well, the AC is also cold, there is a TV too. The location is close to everywhere. Overall very impressive, will come back here again if you go to Surabaya! 🙏🏻

Because the train was early so I stayed in an area near Gubeng Station, I found this hotel The first time I was confused because it didn't look like a hotel from the front, the door was closed and there was no sign so I looked for it, it turned out that this was more like a boarding house but it was made into a daily guest house The staff was friendly, got the 2nd floor so it was quite difficult to bring a big suitcase up to the 2nd floor (-) the bathroom was very small, the blanket was rough like a towel, not soundproof because it was a boarding house

It is the main place I visit when I go to Surabaya. The place is comfortable, close to campus, food places, and supermarkets.

The room is clean and quite good for a staycation in Surabaya.

From the outside it looks ordinary. But the room is nice.

I have been a subscriber since 2021 and always use Kertajaya Syariah as my mainstay accommodation for transit whenever I go to Surabaya.

Location in the alley. But not far from RS Soetomo. Even can be reached just by walking. Mart, stationery store, food place and laundry are also easy to find. The room is exactly like a boarding room. But it feels clean and comfortable. Feels like being in your own home. Wifi and AC and water heater in the bathroom are also good. The staff is also friendly and very helpful

This is my extension after 2x 1 week extension. Because it feels very comfortable, that's why I continue to extend here and don't move, the only minus is one because there is construction next door so you can hear a little sound of workers working, but not until night. So overall my experience on all the days staying here I can give a score of 8.5/10. Good job

I decided to extend for another week because I felt comfortable enough, maybe the only drawback is the lack of soundproofing. The environment is comfortable because it is not in front of the highway, so there is no noisy sound of motor vehicles. The gate access is closed at 12 midnight but you can still go in and out after 12 midnight by pressing the bell to be opened by the guard. Indomaret and Alfamart are also close, only about 3 minutes walk.

At first, it looks ordinary from the outside, but when you enter the room, it immediately feels comfortable, the light display is very good, the staff service is very friendly and easy to explain anything needed, the location is quite strategic, located close to the UNAIR B campus, also close to the city center so access anywhere is easy. The room and toilet are very clean as if they had not been renovated for a long time, there is hot water too. The TV and AC have no problems at all.

Check out time is 12, more than 30 minutes, 12.30 deposit is forfeited. The receptionist should have informed from the beginning and not let it happen. Hopefully the officers will be educated. Thank you.

The mother is friendly, the room and bathroom are quite clean, highly recommended for cheap accommodation.

Staffnya ramah, kamar bersih dan rapi, kamar mandi bersih dapat 2 botol air mineral, 1 bar soap hotel plus air panas kamar mandi berfungsi baik, wifi lancar, TV bagus, AC berfungsi baik, ada 2 hanger baju, dekat dengan masjid dan penjual makanan di sekitar. Overall sangat bagus untuk homestay budget, kalau bisa dilengkapi arah kiblat untuk memudahkan ketika shalat di kamar.
