So far, so good. I booked two rooms, and the AC didn't work at all, making it a bit stuffy. There's also only one power outlet, so you have to take turns if you have two people in one room.

I only stayed here one night for a layover, but I was very satisfied with the well-maintained facilities. For the affordable price, the room was quite spacious with a wide bed and a bathroom equipped with a water heater. There was also a Smart TV. The location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but it's easy to find. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed in 2 nice rooms, only got a room that lacked space for prayer ☺️. All good, good service

I've often stayed here in Disby, but this is the first time I've been in the new building next door. The room was stuffy, had no windows, and was dirty. There was still a lot of hair and dust on the floor, as if it hadn't been swept or mopped. The indoor AC was noisy and not cold at all. I thought the new building would be better, but it wasn't.

The room is clean and comfortable, the location is strategic, minus there is no place to pray and slow response from the admin, otherwise it is worth it for that price.

The hotel room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. If I ever return to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks 🙏

Because the train was early so I stayed in an area near Gubeng Station, I found this hotel The first time I was confused because it didn't look like a hotel from the front, the door was closed and there was no sign so I looked for it, it turned out that this was more like a boarding house but it was made into a daily guest house The staff was friendly, got the 2nd floor so it was quite difficult to bring a big suitcase up to the 2nd floor (-) the bathroom was very small, the blanket was rough like a towel, not soundproof because it was a boarding house

It is the main place I visit when I go to Surabaya. The place is comfortable, close to campus, food places, and supermarkets.

The room is clean and quite good for a staycation in Surabaya.
