The room was lacking in cleanliness, with mediocre amenities, and it didn't match the price. There were gecko droppings on the terrace, room, and bathroom in several corners. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist for a cleanup, but no one came until check-out. The food wasn't delicious, and it didn't match the price if we added anything. During the afternoon snack, even the cakes were full of flies. The only good thing was the outdoor area, which was cool and had lots of trees and ornamental plants.

Keep the park beautiful and clean.

Friendly and responsive service. When there is a problem with the room key, it is immediately reported to the technician and fixed. Breakfast is quite complete, types of rice, lontong, lupis, porridge, cake / bread, fruit, 3 types of drinks. Only the access road is not wide enough, can't make a difference.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. But for cleanliness, please improve it. 1. The sink was clogged. 2. Yellow and dirty towels (on the first day, on the second day because I complained, they were replaced and so far it's okay). 3. Glasses were stained. 4. The floor was sticky and dusty on the first day. 5. The dressing table was not very clean. For food, good taste. Thank you.
