The hotel staff is nice, but because the hotel is an old building, many of the facilities are lacking.

Check in at night greeted by the receptionist staff the reason is our new employee had to wait a long time to check in because the employee who usually serves is taking a shower. I booked 3 superior rooms. all the rooms smell. the mattress is full of rat droppings. the bathroom too. the floor is dirty, the cupboard is dirty. the sheets are yellow like they have never been changed. there is no hot water for the toilet. finally that night we checked out. really not worth it for a place to stay with an expensive price.

STRATEGIC hotel location with the beach in front, friendly room for family of 4 (but only 2 towels are given), also friendly for elderly with lower standard, clean room, cold AC, but please pay attention to the facilities in the bathroom at least if the shower / faucet is broken so that it is repaired ... really note during BREAKFAST (queue like in a refugee camp) why are there so many fighting over it already long queue then the menu runs out quickly, there is no water only given tea (even though the food is also delicious) but maybe the restaurant opening hours are a bit late so people are fighting over lunch (even though they are given coupons)

The room has a rat's nest, it's dirty and stuffy.

The condition of the room, the AC was dead, had to complain several times before getting a response and the TV only had two local channels, during breakfast all the guests fought over the food, some even missed out because it had run out, the service should have been improved, especially since breakfast should have been ready early before the guests arrived

The building is a bit old, for the room facilities are not so good for me, I ordered a double bed but what was there was a single made into 1. The bathroom handle is loose, there is no wifi, there is no electric kettle so if you want hot water you have to go down to the lower pavilion, the floor is a bit dirty with sand and the drawers look like they are rotten with lots of wood dirt. Only the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool are better, the land is also spacious for parking, the staff are quite good. Hopefully in the future the room service can be improved

Affordable price and close to Carita white sand beach and Pandan beach just walking distance. Can accommodate 4 people. Minus no wifi and hot water. Breakfast needs to be added to the menu

The AC doesn't feel cold at all so it feels hot and stuffy in the room.

I took the Superior and it is on the 2nd floor, the room can fit 4 people and is quite spacious, the AC is not cold enough, you have to wait a long time for it to cool down, the bathroom is quite clean, and there is a balcony. There is a swimming pool that is not well maintained but can still be used for swimming. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to go to the beach, you have to cross the road, but it is quite close, the beach is white sand and safe for swimming at the beach. The cleanliness of the environment and facilities must be improved again, so that customers feel more at home. I didn't try the breakfast.

Only 200 meters from the entrance of Carita beach. Spacious, clean rooms. Actually, the hotel facilities are quite complete: swimming pool, playground, karaoke, all are there. Only some facilities are old and look poorly maintained. But it is in accordance with the cheap price for a three-star hotel class, Oh yes, because of its spaciousness and facilities, this hotel is suitable for holding gatherings and the like.

Overall everything is good and interesting, the only thing lacking is 1, there is no electric kettle in the room to make coffee. Please provide facilities in the room.

Recommended family hotel especially in the area around Carita Beach, fast check-in and check-out process, room capacity can accommodate 5 adults and 2 small children. In front of the room there are tables and chairs that can be used for BBQ with family. Although the hotel does not have direct access to the beach, it is quite close on foot, the swimming pool is also spacious and quite clean. The children are happy and the parents are happy. God willing, we can go back there.
