Comfortable Room, close to shopping and airport

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful when checking in, while at the hotel I asked for an extra pillow, the staff were very responsive, which is what I like about this hotel. After staying at this hotel, we were given a swimming voucher to the waterboom, the hotel is also close to the mall so this was a very impressive and enjoyable holiday experience and thank you also to Traveloka for accompanying our holiday experience. It was very easy to book a hotel through Traveloka.

breakfast starts at 6-10 am, but by 8 am breakfast is finished and there is no additional food.

Alhamdulillah, I was very happy to be able to stay and swim at the Grand Town Hotel and Waterboom.

The breakfast was great... I want to go there again if I have time... It's the best.

A hotel with complete facilities due to its strategic location, in the waterboom area and adjacent to the mall building, the prices are also cheap.

The room is spacious and clean, close to shopping centers and children's play areas.

The room is very spacious. Quite comfortable. The staff is also friendly. And close to the mall so it's more attractive. Easy to find food. Satisfied anyway.

Check-in was quite fast, the bathroom and room in general though have an unpleasant smell. Old, torn towels, dirty bedsheets.

For transit, it is still quite good, but not recommended for staying. Some shortcomings: - The bathroom faucet does not flow fast enough, hot water for bathing takes a few minutes. - When the water enters the heater, it is not drained, it looks unclean. - The trash in the trash can when checking in is not cleaned (there is still trash in the trash can). - For the hotel category, the security deposit is too expensive. - The check out process takes quite a long time.

The hotel staff service is quite good, and the facilities are quite good.

The staff is very friendly, the deluxe room is spacious and clean, the price is affordable, the breakfast/sahur is delicious and full of variety, it's just a shame that the earliest check in is at 14.00
