Is it true that only the second floor and access to the waterboom gate are free for those staying at the Cabana? I had just gone down the stairs near the first table when the orange-shirted gate attendant immediately asked for my ticket. I hadn't even reached the pool ticket point. The orange-shirted attendant and the blue-shirted woman told me everything below the first floor was paid, and the only free areas were the second floor and access to the gate. I was just going to hunt for food on the first floor.

I booked 3 rooms. The air in all the rooms felt very humid. To the point that my children and I had trouble sleeping and were coughing in the middle of the night. This was our second stay at Grand Town, and the breakfast was not as good as our previous stay. All the food was very salty. The color and appearance were not like hotel food and most importantly, I think the cleanliness of the cutlery needs to be improved. There were many stains on the coffee cups, spoons, especially those used by different guests.

The hotel staff is friendly, and hopefully it will be better in the future.

They don't accept debit or QRIS payments. It's very difficult for those who don't have cash because there's no solution other than withdrawing cash at the mall. Even though they say debit cards can be used as deposits, their ID cards are held, plus the remaining 100 IDR cash is used as a deposit. Children aged 4 and above are required to pay 50,000 IDR per breakfast, while other hotels don't. Staying here only includes two free vouchers to the water park. For the rest, you have to pay 25,000 IDR on weekdays and 35,000 IDR on weekends. The swimming pool is too slippery due to moss.

I stay here often, and I often leave comments for improvement. The current management and maintenance team are excellent, even small things like toilet door locks are taken care of.
