The ambient temperature is not too cold, but it is quite pleasant and a little challenging

remote and isolated location -> OK lah. quiet atmosphere -> Ok lah I ordered a 2-room cottage, 1 room on the first floor, 1 room on the second floor.. the bathroom is only on the 1st floor - there is no bathroom on the 2nd floor., the stairs up to the 2nd floor are fragile and slippery. the road to the cottage is mossy and slippery, the swimming pool is dirty. no wifi - they said it was broken. tv has no channels. dirty bathroom. lots of ants. the owner should do a total renovation if this place is still going to be a tourist destination.

The staff is friendly, the area is actually nice but dirty and poorly maintained and the food is just so-so.

The view is cool. At night and early in the morning it's really pretty.

When we wanted to check in, the new room was about to be prepared, and the bathroom water had problems.

Complete facilities, the rooms and the surrounding atmosphere are very comfortable, the view is good, the owner is very attentive to small things so he is quite satisfied because of the comfort. The environment is quite beautiful and clean.

The place is very nice, the view is great, the resort is nice and clean. only the journey to the resort is rather steep and at night there is minimal lighting.

We didn't stay overnight. Because it turned out that the guests were only our family. The location of the inn is far from the crowd. And the condition of the inn is far from expected. It's scary, the inn looks like it's not being taken care of. And what's scary is the smell of frankincense. That's even more scary.

Pretty good, friendly staff, good and friendly place for children, lots of spots for photos.

There is no staff on duty 24 hours at the reception. Rooms are small and rickety. Shower didn't work. Away from the crowds.

So far so good. Kondisi kamar bersih, petugas ramah, air panas fungsi, cukup menyenangkan. Oya sayang di menu sarapan hanya ada 2 pilihan, tapi rasanya enak kok apalagi makan sambil liat view yang masyaAllah..

Very chaotic, actually for facilities, service, cleanliness of the place is very far from standard hotel, especially breakfast is only served fried rice + fried indomie even though we already paid dearly. we are very disappointed with the service ..

Nice place, friendly staff & delicious local food + coffee... Only the room needs a bit upgade to avoid rain leakage from timber bottom gaps, and 1 simple additional table in the room would be great...

Quiet place, friendly service, really standard breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean bathroom, quite spacious room, the upper jinang type is very comfortable but unfortunately the shower water and hot water are really lacking in views and other facilities, my assessment is okay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, suitable for family vacations, close to paragliding and hang gliding tours.

Check-in has to wait for the operator to come, the atmosphere is quiet, the lock is broken.

The room size is very large, Villa Jeneng can accommodate up to 6 people, the location is also very good on the Paraland hill so you can see the sunset early in the morning, overall recommended for family holidays even though the rooms may be a bit noisy at night because of the mountain wind.
