The check-in process is served in the parking lot, the guard looks incompetent, at first he said the booking had not been entered, waited 15 minutes before his friend said there was. The rooms are prepared but there are no extra beds. I have to show the invoice that I ordered & paid for the extra bed, just given it. Obnoxious service, rooms &: dirty bathroom, under the bed garbage is scattered, the KM door can't be closed & smells of urine. Taking a shower at 8 am suddenly the tap water didn't run while I was using soap, I was told to wait 1 hour because the toren was being drained.
