When I arrived in Ternate, the flight was rescheduled from 10 am to 6 am. I arrived in Ternate at 8 am because of the 1 hour time difference from Manado. I went straight to the hotel to drop off my bag, thinking I could only check in at 2 am like other normal hotels. But when I informed that I wanted to drop off my bag, the hotel staff informed me that we could immediately check in and rest even though it was early in the morning. Very friendly and kind. Plus because it was the fasting month, the sahur meal started at 3-4 am and all the side dishes were delicious, there were vegetables, chicken, tea, dessert. Everything was there. The only thing lacking was that the hotel was under renovation, so there were some parts that were not clean but overall it was recommended for that price, you can get a delicious breakfast/sahur and the service was excellent. very friendly.

I only stayed there for one night because I wanted to cross over. But seriously, the quality of the room needs to be improved. Oops. It used to be comfortable around 2-3 years ago, now gosh, seriously, it needs to be improved. People pay to stay, not for free. Please. This review is for improvement. Saya pesan kamar lewat aplikasi kebetulan saya tidak jadi menginap di tanggal yang saya pesan saya membatalkan pesanan kamar saya lewat aplikasi tapi tidak bisa saya coba hubungi pihak aplikasinya katanya tidak bisa di batalkan jika ingin batalkan harus ada persetujuan dari pihak hotelnya, saya coba hubungi nomor yang di cantumkan di aplikasi dan saya baru menjelaskan langsung di jawab katanya tidak bisa, saya tanya kenapa tidak bisa dia langsung matikan tlponnya, saya hanya minta kejelasan kenapa tidak bisa di batalkan dan yang saya dapatkan hanya teriakan tidak bisa dan marah-marah katanya iya saya beritahu aplikasinya untuk tidak di batalkan, saya tidak jadi menginap di tanggal tersebut dan sudah tidak akan menginap di hotel ini lagi, maaf jika ada kata saya yang salah ini hanya bentuk kekecewaan saya kepada pihak hotelnya 🙏.
