Adminnya Ka Jessika nya fast respon pas pertama pesan untuk tanya ini itu, ada fasilitas shower dan air hangat untuk yang punya anak kecil/bayi, pertama dateng ada handuk 2 pcs, teh sachet 2 pcs, kopi kapal api 2 pcs, sama gula sachet 2 pcs, dari homestay ke tempat wisata agak jauh harus pesen grabcar/sewa mobil, tempat kulinernya depan homestay ada warkop, warung klontong, ada soto ayam, kesanaan dekat ada mixue, ada Indomaret, ga ada fasilitas sarapan jadi cari sarapan sendiri, ada yang jualan nasi uduk kok, nasi kuning, nasi kembuli, nasi pecel. Agak kecewa pas pindah ke kamar 312 tv nya ga bisa nyala karena harus kesambung ke hdmi katanya harus sambungin ke laptop/tab, lah kita liburan keluarga masa harus bawa laptop/tab?. Sambungin pake hp smart view untuk nonton netflix aja tv ga bisa-bisa, fasilitas wifi lemot ilang-ilangn, air mandi jam 6 pagi suka abis sama jam 4 sore, jadi kalau mau mandi agak siang sama sore jam 5 apa jam 6 dah baru ada lagi airnya.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, the toilet is dirty, the room is on the 3rd floor, it is quite good for going up and down.

Have stayed here 2 times, well everything is comfortable not far from the center of the city of Jogja, the cold ac water heater works well and most importantly the inn is clean and sharia. For a business visit, hopefully you can stop by to stay again.

Good Hotel + Strategic, Unfortunately the air conditioner is not cold + the television is not clear/bruwet (in Javanese) and not given a toothbrush/soap, but the room is clean. For the price of 250 thousand I think it's expensive with a hotel like that. Because there are still many other hotels in Yogyakarta that cost under 250 thousand.

The home stay really feels like a hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, hopefully the business is a blessing.

Rooms on the 3rd floor AC can't be cold can't sleep. If you want to stay here, think a thousand times because there are still many good lodging at affordable prices

Plus: the place is clean, friendly service like home, the place is like the original image, for a quite strategic location. Minus: not recommended for travelers who bring parents (sorry) because the homestay using the stairs to the room may be able to ask the receptionist to change rooms

Clean rooms according to the photos, the place is quiet not noisy, the bathroom is clean. But for breakfast it was lacking because at that time it was closed in the month of Ramadan and the cafe so only got bread. But it's okay to recommend it already.
