The staff were friendly and everyone was nice. Perhaps they'd be more considerate of the number of people booking and could adjust accordingly, as toothbrushes and soap weren't provided when they ran out. There was also a bit of hair on the mattress, possibly not properly cleaned.

The hotel has easy access but is very noisy due to traffic from morning to morning, making it uncomfortable because the rooms are not soundproof.

If there's an event in the hall on Sunday mornings in the future, please add more staff to the breakfast menu. Yesterday, breakfast arrived at 8 a.m., but all the food was gone. When the food did arrive, it was all a mess. The fried chicken was flavorless, still white, undercooked, and there was still blood in the meat. Please, this is about food...

It was only a little before 8, but the food was already gone, even though breakfast was from 6 to 9. They should have restocked. The tea and coffee cups were empty, not refilled. Likewise, the spoons and food were all gone. It was disappointing to pay for breakfast and not enjoy it. So, we ate at the McDonald's across from the hotel.

A crappy hotel, with peeling wallpaper, blamed on the customer. We booked a city view, but there was nothing to see. Dirty plates and glasses littered the emergency stairs. No wonder there were flies. The mattress was stained. Disgusting. The TV was old-fashioned, with all the channels mucked up. Amenities were incomplete; we arrived as a couple and only got one. It seemed like the shampoo and soap had run out and never been refilled. We were extorted by the hotel staff on the grounds that the wallpaper was peeling. Even though we arrived that way.

The location is strategic, but the cleanliness and the amenities are pathetic (No Soap and Shampoo, luckily I brought my own soap). Even though I booked from OTA app and I am paying for staying, at least give a proper room, even the TV as you can see in the picture.
