Wifi connection is poor. TV only has free channels like before, not many channels like K+ cable TV. So there is definitely no youtube or internet connection :(((

• The big advantage is that the hotel is in a beautiful location and close to other hotels or restaurants, very close to Back Beach (walking distance), driving to Front Beach is also close, close to tourist attractions (Bach Dinh, Mui Nghinh Phong, Hon Ba Island...). • The room is as beautiful as the picture, fragrant, full of amenities but the air conditioner is a bit old so it takes a long time to cool (the lowest temperature setting is 16 to be cool enough for a room of 4 people), the remote is also old and when it runs out of battery, I have to remove the battery cover to press it. The TV does not have an internet connection, only regular channels are watched but the cable connection is weird, there are not many popular channels to watch :))))) There is a modern elevator, okay. The room's closet is clean, but it's a bit squeaky and noisy and creepy • The receptionist and the bouncer are friendly and approachable • The bathroom can adjust hot and cold water, suitable for families who take a bath at night or need warm water after coming back from the beach when it's cold 💜 • The hotel is quite small and hidden from the neighboring hotels, but the room rate is still quite high compared to the general level (even though I booked a long time in advance). Booked and paid for 2 days on the app, the first day of check-in confirmed with the staff that it was 2 days and was very happy. The next day, the staff on duty changed, they thought I was staying for one day but didn't check out, then their attitude was that they were staying for 2 days, why didn't they inform me? They also said that if they had known in advance that they booked 2 days on the app on the weekend, they wouldn't have accepted because the room rate on the weekend was higher than on the app.

The ladies here are lovely and friendly, they keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The small room is suitable for families going out and just coming back to sleep, the bathroom has hot water, convenient location, can walk to the back beach

The room was ok, clean, fully equipped, the lovely owner even opened the door early for me to watch the sunrise without any attitude. The small minus point is that the room is not very soundproof, the rest is ok. I will come back next time.
