For the overall room is good and comfortable, only the AC can be considered again because it is not cold enough, the temperature position is at the maximum. For breakfast, the variety and taste can be improved again. For the lift facility when I stayed there was only one active and the capacity was small so I had to wait a long time. Thank you

- Not disabled friendly (wheelchair ramp in lobby is blocked by parked cars) - Hot room AC. - Small water supply. - The receptionist doesn't smile enough. - The basement parking lot should be able to accommodate 3 cars, but because parking is haphazard, it only fits 2 cars → it is recommended to have a parking attendant on standby in the basement to make it tidier.

The honesty of the room cleaners must be improved. Our food was left in the room refrigerator and some of it was eaten by the staff. After we confirmed it to the hotel staff, instead of apologizing, they blamed the guests for being careless because they forgot. For cleanliness and comfort, the room is good.
