The room is not very large but clean, cool and has natural light. Polite, cheerful, dedicated staff. Breakfast is a bit small, the hotel's bicycle is heavy and tired.

Nhân viên lễ tân kiểu không nhiệt tình và kiểu thái độ khó chịu với người việt kiểu như khinh khỉnh mà trong khi khách nước ngoài đến thì rất nhiệt tình sách đồ và rất nhiệt tình. Ra về cũng không được một lời chào hẹn gặp lại. Nói chung sẽ không hẹn có lần gặp lại vì thái độ này.

Hotel is not 4 stars, furnishings are too bad. It needs to upgrade or degrade to 3 stars.

Boring service, unprofessional staff

The breakfast was not plentiful, the nutritious fruits and the salad parked by the small mosquitoes above did not look hygienic. Plus point: The hotel is quite close to the old town, I booked a sup room with a balcony overlooking the river, but upgraded to deluxe poolview, but there was no balcony, nor did I see the swimming pool.

Cozy atmosphere, the hotel right next to the river is close to the old town, you can walk or bike to visit the neighborhood. Good food, polite and friendly reception staff. Have the opportunity to come back.

Very warm welcome by all staff. I tried the spa here with the shiatsu massage it's very good.

Nice room, great breakfast, great service

I may expected so high after reading all the reviews so that why I was a bit disappointed. The hotel doesn’t have its own car park. The staffs did tell us the car park around but it took at least 30 mins to park our car because it was so crowded and they don't allow people to park on the street. Also the lady our room threw my Starbuck tumbler away when she cleaned our room just because she thought it looks like a normal takeaway cup. I know it’s a mistake and the front staff apologized but still. I’m a bit disappointed with the service. Everything else is okay, the room is big and clean. Staff is nice and professional.

Room just enough, not very spacious, quite near the old town. Staff is very cute and friendly, good breakfast. There is a free bus to An Bang but there are only 2 flights a day, so it should be enhanced
