Staff was very responsif and helpfully

Staff was very helpful to find a taxi to the boat. We booked a room on a wrong date at first by mistake. Short after that we booked the right date. For the first booking we asked refund, but the hotel did never respond on that question. In the room no bin, blood on the wall and the door to the balkony could not be locked.

Strategic Location: This hotel is quite strategic and easy to find. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and well maintained every day. The facilities in the room are also complete. Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond when I ask for something. Breakfast: The breakfast menu is quite varied and tastes good. Food is always refilled and the breakfast area is clean

No water, AC not working, Doors are hard to lock, lots of mosquitoes.

The location is close to the city center to find food, quite suitable for the price, even though the rooms are not cleaned every day, overall ok.

Nice building, clean and quiet, because it enters an alley. Recommend.

Staff was kind and supportive. Most importantly the location is quiet, just off a road, with a court yard (concrete but with mango trees and tables and chairs). At walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are clean, with bathroom and airco. Breakfast is basic.

The experience of staying here is quite comfortable, the location is close to Bima city center and the airport so you don't have to worry about setting your agenda.

Facilities and prices don't match, but it's worth it if you're in a small town.

The experience of staying at Kings Garden for 3 nights 4 days, was very very pleasant and comfortable. Clean, friendly staff. Most impressed by the seafood fried rice breakfast menu, there is no match. I will make sure every scheduled work visit to Bima is always at Kings Garden. Best.

Position in the alley. Narrow one car. Level without lift. Got a 2nd floor room with the receptionist not helping with luggage.
