Nothing more to say than a big thank you! Really enjoy and appreciate the hospitality given by everyone. Feeling safe and relaxed every time I’m back for a visit and stay in the property.

Cuong the bellman has always gone above and beyond his job. Always ready to shelter his guests with an umbrella under any circumstances while waiting for their ride at the lobby. A true guest experience you don't get every day even with a 5-star property. Kudos and thank you.

Staffs from front to back end ,they were very friendly and helpful in facilitating my queries.Other than the sound proofing wall of the room , I very much satisfied and pleased ! Highly recommended 👍👍

The room is very nice, full facilities & equipment, in the city center. I am very happy with the reception, they are helpful and very nice. Extremely prefer this hotel for the couple 😍.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoải mái, có cái là nhân viên không dẫn lên phòng, có vẻ nhân viên phục vụ không được nhiệt tình, gần khách sạn có cái quán bar hơi ồn nha. Rất không hài lòng là. Vào buổi sáng 6h có người sửa phòng khoan đụt gì kế bên phòng không biết, phải nói là rất ồn luôn không ngủ được mấy tiếng đồng hồ, làm gì cũng phải để cho khách ngủ, buổi trưa làm không được hay sao, chán.

Mình được xếp ở p101. U là trời. Cái máy xịt thơm ngoài hành lang cứ lâu lâu nó kêu xè xè làm cả đêm không ngủ được luôn . Cứ đang thiu thiu cái nó xè xè phát tỉnh luôn. Mới đầu mình còn tưởng cái gì, tưởng máy lạnh kêu hoá ra xuống hỏi thì máy xịt thơm hành lang. Làm mình đặt 2 đêm nhưng thôi trả phòng về luôn. Mất ngủ 🥲
