Exceeded my expectations for comfort.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is strategic, close to everything, and the access is easy. The fitness center and swimming pool are excellent.

Good, close to toll access. Large and clean rooms. I'll come back next time I visit Solo.

I could sleep soundly in this hotel because the room was clean, comfortable, the toilet was clean, and the food was delicious.

The mattress seemed to have been spilled with wasp oil from a previous customer. The smell lingered on the pillows and sheets. I asked for a replacement mattress, but only the sheets were replaced, leaving my hair smelling of wasp oil.

Breakfast wasn't disappointing, but unfortunately, the room wasn't to my liking. There were so many stains on the sofa bed that I didn't dare sit down.

Good, and will repeat staying there again.

We got a very special room rate for the Junior Suite room. Didn't think twice, we confirmed the reservation. The hotel is great.

Very good service, hotel staff is agile

Parking is quite spacious in the basement. The hotel is located in the city center, on a main road. You're given one access card, which can be tricky when going up and down the elevator with family members staying in the room. Otherwise, the hotel lives up to the expectations of the Harris Hotel's reputation.

A 5-day, 4-night staycation in Solo was a different experience. The first night at Aston was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, the second and third nights staying at Zigna Kampung Batik were amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. And the last one at Harris was beyond my expectations. I got a room that was less than clean (still a lot of dust), then when I wanted to take a shower the water tap was loose and couldn't be used. I wanted to call the receptionist, but the room phone couldn't be used. I was forced to go downstairs/to the receptionist at night. The next morning after breakfast, I returned to the room and there were water dripping from the roof/ceiling. Whether the water was from the AC installation or where I don't know. What is clear is that all my things on the table were wet. Hopefully this will be a lesson for the Harris hotel management to do better.

We stayed in a junior suite with two adults and two children, and it was just right. However, the 7-year-old was charged half-price for breakfast. Previously, at Harris Semarang, this was free.

Comfortable and pleasant, clean and the staff are very friendly.
