Air conditioning was difficult to modify. It seemed like it did not matter even after manually setting the temperature. For example, the current room temp is 27 degrees Celsius (a few minutes after I checked in). I manually set it to 20. Even until tomorrow afternoon, the temp somehow was still stuck around 27 (the lowest was at midnight which was around 25).

I stayed in a junior suite for two nights and had to complain several times about the really bad wifi. For a hotel like Harris, how could the wifi be that bad? Breakfast might be worth considering if you're bringing kids who can't handle spicy food, peppers, or chilies. The breakfast options for the two days weren't all kid-friendly.

Overall, this is one of the hotels that provided the best experience for my holiday with my family. The facilities provided are already very good in my opinion. Oh yes, what's rare is that we can refill drinking water on each floor. So no need to bother buying mineral water outside. Thank you for the experience.

I was very satisfied with my stay here after booking through the app. HARRIS Solo is strategically located on a main road, making it easy to access. As soon as I entered my room, I immediately fell in love with how clean and fragrant it was. The room was incredibly spacious, tidy, and very well-maintained. What's even more unique is that the bed comes with a bolster, making for a much more comfortable and relaxing night's sleep. The hotel's ambiance is also fresh with its orange hues. Absolutely top-notch, 5-star!
