Different from my last visit to Haris. The wooden floor in the room is now bumpy, the floor is not very clean, the pillows and bolsters smell musty, the towels are faded, and the shower handle leaks, causing water to spray everywhere.

i was there end of june as a solo travel.. the second day i had an accident, i need walking stick to walk. i cant get up frm bed. 2days i need assist like deliver online food to room, all the hotel staff was very helpfull.. very plesent service frm all staff.
while i need help the most they helped! thanks Harris Solo staff.
