Welcome to cozy staying in the middle of Balikpapan city. Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but it is still a worthy place because it is located in the middle of Balikpapan city. Food: Quite varied from the food serving session, both fruit, appetizers and main meals. Staff Assistance: Hotel staff are always friendly & greet when they pass by. Interesting Things: Close to everywhere because it is located in the middle of Balikpapan city and the parking lot is spacious and the environment is safe. Price: Quite competitive with a position near the city. Location: strategic hotel location, close to the city and shopping centers.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean.

First experience staying here, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is comfortable and the size is also sufficient. Got a small window facing the BSB mall building at least there is an outside view that can be seen. For the food, it tastes good even though the variations are not that many but it is still cooked well. Unfortunately, the room is not very soundproof so you can still hear other guests coming in and out of the room and knocking on the wall. The car park is also quite adequate. Overall, with an affordable price, I am quite satisfied staying here.

The elevator was broken, the person checking in was indifferent.

The smell in the room is mixed, 2 unpleasant nights. Cured because the resto n coffee is open 24 hours

The hotel have good access to airport, breakfast was okay, but one of the room I got have smoke odors. The staff can't give any switch room because it was weekend and have all the room booked
