My husband and I always stay at Midtown when we're working or on vacation in Balikpapan. It's the best because it's convenient and close to everything. We always keep the room clean, and the AC is cool. That's the most important thing, really 🤩

The food was delicious. The rooms weren't very comfortable because they weren't soundproof, and traffic noise was still present. As for the location, perhaps a roundabout could be built near the hotel entrance; the turnaround is too far.

I feel uncomfortable when the SPA staff stands in front of the elevator.
