The hotel is nice. The service and facilities are quite satisfactory. Breakfast is decent, although not as comprehensive as at Lee Dian.

The afternoon shift seems to be replaced by security, huh? Their language is very poor, not reflecting someone who works in hospitality. I simply asked if they could have room service for breakfast. They should have just explained that they couldn't. There's no need to go around saying, "If you're healthy, come straight away unless you're sick and can't walk." The duvet had lots of spots, I don't know if it was used or just not washed properly. The towels were also a dull white. But that's not a problem. The biggest problem was the frontline officer who answered my question.

Only 1 towel is provided and there is no hairdryer.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, although there was still a slight smell of cigarettes in the room.

Everything exceeded expectations, better than the pictures. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The price isn't even 400,000 Rupiah. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff are friendly. The food is delicious. It's worth it. If the price stays that way, I'll be a regular.
