Should update new address. I think the old place is much better. 7/10

The bed is very comfy and it gives very good sense of privacy

The place was pretty clean, they are eco friendly which is good but I think we should be able to turn on the air cond by ourselves cause it gets really hot in the room during the day

I booked a bed in a female-only dorm for one night and checked-in at 11pm. This place can be found easily and the check-in and check-out process was fast. My room was on the third floor, but since I had a light travelling, it was still manageable. It might be more challenging for those who carry big and heavy luggage. There were only two out of ten beds occupied that night in my room, so it felt really comfortable. The room looked exactly like in the picture. I got a blanket and a towel, both were clean. Water heater worked perfectly and they provided soap in each shower. There were iron and ironing board provided on each floor.

I was unable to contact the owner. I mean, to be fair I also came at midnight. But the reception were unreachable.

They don't allow us to switch on the air conditioner during 11.00am to 4.00pm it is f****** unsatisfying.

If another budget hotel charge you for towel, hair dryer, iron, key locker and even for travel adapter, this hotel give them for free as part of their service. Excellent.. I enjoyed my 2 night stay with de factory station hotel. Value for money!!

the place is clean and near KFC even though it's far to walk to the city museum area but it's nice to stay in this hostel, capsule hotel style with ok service. clean, cheap, safe. I like the kids and kids.

This hotel is very comfortable for travelers. because the room is right, clean, comfortable, free breakfast even though it's only bread, coffee and tea. But it's okay to match the very economical price. The AC is full, the WiFi is fast. the stuff is really good.

Please be aware if you want to book this hotel that this hotel isn’t 24 hours front desk. I was arrived to Melacca at 2 am and there was nobody in the front desk. Then I booked another hotel
