Overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The kids especially had a great time, which made the experience even better for the whole family. That said, for a hotel that carries the “premiere” label, the range of available facilities felt somewhat limited. For example, there's no gym, which is something many guests might expect at this level. Adding features like that would really elevate the overall experience. Still, the hotel's location is definitely a strong point—very strategic and convenient for getting around. So despite a few limitations, I'd still recommend this place, especially for families or travelers looking for comfort and easy access to the city.

All hotel staff are very friendly, breakfast menu is very varied from traditional to international. The swimming pool facilities are also clean, it is very worth staying at this hotel, keep maintaining the quality.

Very fast and accommodating early check-in. The breakfast food selection of traditional dishes is great and delicious. Room is quiet and clean.

always nice to stay at santika. even if you arrive early before 2 pm if the room is ready you are immediately invited to check in. for example if the room is not ready you are asked to wait while the room is cleaned/prepared.

The staff is friendly, but the sound of laughter at dawn is clear and quite disturbing, not soundproof.

the hotel staff is very friendly & very helpful during the check in & check out process. I booked 3 rooms, got on the 10th floor. at that time I requested a non-smoking room. but after dinner and back to the room, one of our rooms (1011) was affected by the smell of cigarette smoke from who knows where. then we asked to move rooms, and thank God it was allowed because it was late at night & it took a long time to neutralize the smell of cigarette smoke. for the food in the restaurant, please improve the quality. the advantages of this hotel are the beautiful sunset view & there is a funworld for children's play rides (not free). that's all and thank you.

Just for transit. When going to Saumlaki. At the beginning and end of the trip. If Santika, God willing, is trusted. Really cool.
