The hotel staff is friendly. The view of the bay is beautiful. The breakfast variety could be increased if needed. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it was still dirty when I arrived. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The kids especially had a great time, which made the experience even better for the whole family. That said, for a hotel that carries the “premiere” label, the range of available facilities felt somewhat limited. For example, there's no gym, which is something many guests might expect at this level. Adding features like that would really elevate the overall experience. Still, the hotel's location is definitely a strong point—very strategic and convenient for getting around. So despite a few limitations, I'd still recommend this place, especially for families or travelers looking for comfort and easy access to the city.

All hotel staff are very friendly, breakfast menu is very varied from traditional to international. The swimming pool facilities are also clean, it is very worth staying at this hotel, keep maintaining the quality.
