My suggestion is to improve everything, wifi
The service and food are honest, I paid a lot but what I got was not satisfying for me. I stayed for 4 nights, the breakfast menu was just the same, nothing special. In my personal opinion, staying in a business suite doesn't feel like a suite. Remember, this is my opinion. There is nothing special in the room. The staff are also not very friendly except for one lady, I forgot her name at the reception who was always friendly to me. In the restaurant, it's not that great.

Experienced the last 4 times stays: AC not cold enough, hot water at 7 AM not hot enough, mostly no hot water, fridge never been cold/chilled to keep personal consumption drink.

The distance is not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but that's what makes me feel calm and rest without any fuss. I feel calm and very comfortable sleeping without being disturbed by noisy sounds and the view is open the window to see the greenery around the hotel, hmmm it feels like going green, the food and service are recommended 🙏🥰

In Timika, SwissBel is my favorite hotel in terms of location and room facilities. It's just that check-in often takes a long time for the room to be ready. Even though I had an appointment to meet a colleague and I needed to take a shower and prepare, store my stuff, etc. but because the room was not ready even though it was an hour after the check-in schedule, I was really annoyed at that time and my mood was gone. Sorry to the customer service if I had a sour face because I was really annoyed at that time. Hopefully it will be better in the future. thanks
