The pillow was dirty and looked unhygienic. No towels were provided. The toilet drain was clogged with hair. The curtain was hanging crooked and looked like it was about to fall. There was no lighting in the corridor, making it feel eerie and unsafe. Unfriendly staff at the counter.

Everything is ok, but please lock the door if possible because it is difficult for customers to enter the room if there are small children. Tq.

I booked for 4 days. They didnt make up my room, change towel and add water until i went down and asked for it

The room doesn't have a TV and the hot water is broken. When I told them, they said there were no other rooms in Hal, not even a lot of people.

the price paid is expected with the facilities received. however, i could not tolerate with the cleanliness in the room. mud in the bathroom, stink bathroom and the bed sheet full with marks.location is excellent, near to Aeon.

Hotel is clean and nice. Kids enjoy the pool so much. The hotel is also nearby Aeon Seremban and restaurants. It is very convenient!

Too old of the building and poor management on cleanliness especially on the underground and toilet, not worth on the offered price even though it is very budget.

The room is spacious, comfortable too, the equipment is old, but worth the price. Breakfast is bearable. Other hotels with this price do not have breakfast. First time staying, but already booked again. For those who like luxury, it may not be suitable. For those who like saving and love simplicity like me, it is suitable, good luck trying.

The 2 pillows provided are too thin. The bathroom cannot be locked and there is a hole in the door.
