The Wi-Fi worked well, and the activities available were quite interesting. The hotel also felt family-friendly. The room was quite spacious and had a comfortable atmosphere. The room was relatively quiet with good soundproofing. I was able to rest comfortably without being disturbed by noise from outside or the hotel area. Cleanliness was also well-maintained. The bedroom was clean and tidy upon arrival. The bathroom was clean, odor-free, and amenities were well-stocked. The hotel's public areas also appeared to be regularly cleaned and maintained. I also tried the food during my stay. It was delicious with a fairly varied menu. The price was commensurate with the quality and portion size. Room service was excellent, and the hotel restaurant provided a comfortable atmosphere for a casual meal. Overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory stay in terms of location, service, comfort, cleanliness, and food. I would consider staying again if I were to visit the area.

Stayed in the deluxe room MO 125, the hotel atmosphere was cool and calm, the only problem was the mattress was uncomfortable because it was a bit itchy and there were lots of big ants on the floor. The bathroom lights were dim, which I didn't like so it was a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully the next time they put brighter lights. So far, not bad because the hotel is close to the destination of Mount Kuta... By the way, I didn't have time to take pictures of the hotel and its surroundings.
