Just room slippers, nothing else is okay 😃

The staff were friendly located in Menteng just step away from Sarinah. The room was old however stil comfy to stay in.

Clean room, clean hotel location. Quiet. Comfortable to rest.

This is our second Out of Island trip with our son. But this trip was beyond expectations. Our son could sleep soundly as if he were at home. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The refrigerator remained on even though we were out, because it used a key, not a card. So we could store food or drinks in the refrigerator. Before leaving the room, I had left a dirty tupperware in the sink. When I returned to the room, the room was clean and the tupperware was also washed. The atmosphere was calm because it was far from the crowd. A little far from places to eat, but you can order online. With the price offered and the quality provided. In our opinion, this accommodation is really good above expectations.

The first time stayed here was in 2011. We were surprised that the hotel condition was still quite good after 13 years gap. The room was enough spacious for us. If you seek for the quiet place, simple and strategic, you can find those all here.

Stayed here 3 nights, and the service was good. CS and security guards are friendly, you can even check in early at 10 without additional costs. The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the water heater functions at certain hours. There is a shared kitchen with a dispenser. The downside is that if you want to find food, you have to walk a bit.

It is strategically located in the middle of the city center, the rooms are comfortable and complete with facilities at very affordable prices. But when I tried the hot water it didn't come out, hopefully it can be fixed.

Wifi totally dead. Wc there is a cockroach. Mattress lots of sand. On the mattress there were traces of the previous guest's hair. Room very musty. Flush wc doesn't work. Outrageous. 🥱

The room smells musty, especially the sheets, but after we complained and replaced them, the musty smell reduced. The bathroom is dirty, the shower water is not warm enough. Towels - clean enough, toiletries are provided. The location is strategic near Jalan Sabang (culinary tourism), Sarinah, the Trans Jakarta bus stop and it is not noisy because it is located in a residential area but not far from the highway.

The location is okay, located in Gondangdia, Menteng.

Lombok Residence is a kos which advertises empty rooms for travellers. It is very quiet, very clean and centrally located. The rooms are fairly small, but well appointed with lots of storage space desk and chair, TV and fridge. Free drinking water is available. Wi-Fi is reasonable, Good hot water. The bathroom is pretty small. The only real negative was the cheap spring mattress which was quite uncomfortable. The photos on the app showed a room with a window to the exterior. I was told these are all full, hence I was given a room with a window to the corridor.

I am comfortable staying here.

Overall everything is clean (except the bathroom which may be old so there is a bit of rust). But there is hot water, then clothes get 4 pieces of laundry per day, the MBA is friendly too. Every day the room is cleaned. Really worth the price! I would recommend that friends need to stay for a few days which are affordable but still comfortable.

Good service, clean and comfortable rooms, there is a refrigerator, shoe rack, tv, large wardrobe, did not disappoint. The location is near the Gondangdia station. It's just that to eat, it's better to order online via gr ** or go ***
