I came to stay for the 2nd time at Choice Hotel BG Junction Surabaya with my elderly family, because of the good & friendly service, and clean, then, the bedsheets too. Near the smoking room, I extended my stay again. When I had checked out, on the way to Juanda airport, I got a chat from the hotel staff that I had left something behind (phone charger), I was very happy to have the notification. Amazing great hotel Choice BG Junction Surabaya "10🌟star" for the staff from me. Will always stay here again if I go to Surabaya, I recommend to my family & friends if I go to Surabaya just stay at this hotel, there are many culinary & malls because it is in one building. The room price is okay, don't make it more expensive I will be back again.

I extended my stay again at this Choice BG Junction hotel, because I liked the staff and it was comfortable. They were very helpful to the elderly. When I wanted to take a shower, I got a plastic chair for Grandma to bathe me 😁, thankful staff of Choice City BG Junction. See you again. Please maintain the room rate, don't increase it again 😁🙏. Overall very good 👍😊

Fast check-in and check-out process

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean, the AC is cold and it is highly recommended to stay here again for a staycation... the breakfast tastes good but the fruit is not very fresh and the menu is limited according to the price.

The bed is big, enough for me who brought a baby and toddler. The staff is friendly. Because the hotel is above a mall, it's convenient if you need anything, just go downstairs. However, overall cleanliness is good, but there are some dirty spots.

I was disadvantaged because I had to pay Rp. 110,000 for parking.

It's a regular when staying in Surabaya. It's strategically located in the city center, close to the old town, close to Jalan Tunjungan, and close to the harbor. The culinary delights of Pasar Kranggan are just a short walk away. The breakfast options are extensive, including bread, cereal, rice, soup, tea, coffee, juice, pudding, and fruit. It's a satisfying experience to have breakfast straight away. Since the hotel is located in the same building as the mall, if you get bored in your room, you can simply go downstairs to explore the mall. The room's cleanliness is also excellent.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay at this hotel, because the staff at Choice Hotel are very friendly, sincere, kind, patient and very generous with their smiles, the hotel is very clean.

Friendly service, large rooms, located in a downtown mall, standard prices but hotel access is shared with the mall so there is a bit less privacy and breakfast has few choices and many are sold out and not refilled.

Thank you to the staff at the restaurant for allowing us to choose the porridge so that it can be given to our child.
