a cool, beautiful and clean place

My parents and I came in the morning, we were allowed to check in quickly. There was plenty of water and the plus was that there was a water tank, cold AC, TV, friendly staff, and a drinking water dispenser. Thank you very much Balinda Guest House, when I go to Padang I will stay here again

It's really nice to stay here with affordable price but good comfort in my opinion.

The accommodation is nice and comfortable, next time when you want to say it's time to check out, knock on the door first, even though I also know that check out is at 12.00, it's still 11.45 and I just pushed the door, next time the service will knock on the door first to say CO 🙏☺️

Kamar oke cukup baik cuma tidak terawat banyak sarang laba-laba yang tidak dibersihkan.

Kamar mandinya tidak bersih,sangat kotor lantainya. Alas kasurnya tidak bersih,ada bekas noda. AC tidak dingin, dan kamar bau pengap. No recommended sangat tidak menyenangkan.

The staff are friendly enough, but not on standby. When checking out, the staff is not there. Room cleanliness is lacking. Dusty floor and bed cover. Poorly maintained bathroom. AC ok. Apart from all that, the price is quite affordable and reasonable.

The hotel should do the maintenance of room facilities. 1. When I checked the bathroom (not checked in), suddenly the shower handle (which was tied with masking tape) fell without being touched at all (fell when trying to close the bathroom door) .. I reported it to the hotel guard, but was told to change loss. They immediately asked to replace without seeing the condition of the room again. They should have investigated first why the existing facilities could be damaged. Do not immediately ask for compensation just like that. Besides, the facility is already damaged. 2. We recommend that you change the breakfast menu every day. Although delicious, but bored when eating the same menu continues. 3. Towel in the closet left moldy. The smell also smells. So the cupboard can not be used at all. 4. The toilet flush is also broken.

Very unsatisfactory, no tissue, odor room, AC is still 18. The room is dirty.
