Parking is paid per hour, there is only one towel even though there are two people checking in, when I asked to change rooms, the staff didn't give me the excuse that it was already late, even though I had chatted beforehand that we would check in at night, this is really disappointing, room 216 is really scary. The lights were also off so it was dim, the roof had holes in it, my goodness, there was no shampoo soap either.
