Cons: Mosquitoes in the room, the refrigerator was broken, and noise from the next room and the corridor was very audible. Pros: Strategic location, large rooms, and affordable price

The room is super spacious, the floor is clean, the property is complete and comfortable. The bathroom is less comfortable because the door is not my favorite, namely glass, and the view is understandable. However, the TV is not smart yet.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were adequate and supportive. Room service was responsive but took a long time to arrive and complete tasks. Of the two rooms booked, one had poor air conditioning, the bathroom and bed were dirty, and the wardrobe was moldy. We were moved to a new room, which was much better. Wi-Fi did not reach the room at the end of the corridor. The hotel lobby requires access through a ticket gate and is relatively far from the main road. The restaurant offers a variety of food, and reservations can be made by phone. Digital payments are only accepted through Bank Mandiri and Bank Jatim.

It's cheap, clean, and spacious. The service is excellent. I definitely won't regret staying here.

I stayed here because I was attracted by the mostly positive reviews. I got a superior room on the 7th floor for around 200,000 Rupiah (without breakfast) with a triple bed, so it could accommodate three people and a teenager at no additional cost. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. There was a 100,000 Rupiah deposit that was refunded upon check-out. The hotel is located in a campus area, with ample parking, comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it a great place to rest. I was a bit surprised when I checked out because I was informed that one hanger was missing, even though we didn't use a Samsek hanger. But thankfully, after confirmation, we were able to proceed with the check-out process. Next time I go to Surabaya, I'll probably stay at this hotel again.

Hotel check out is mandatory at 12.00 no mercy. The lobby reception waiting room is hot, no AC. Must use a deposit of 100,000. Asking for a room key for my wife is not possible. Even though I was given a guarantee of 100,000, I couldn't. The check-in process is also complicated, fill in the guest form yourself, name, address, cellphone number, email, signature. Even though Book and payment are via Traveloka. That can be printed, so just sign. The hotel restaurant cannot eat on the premises, it can only be in the room.

Basically, this place is very good for families. For those who want to go to Sbya, this is the main choice, different from the others, basically.
