The staff at Sala Beach Hotel were very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage very nicely. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The only downside was that while we had access to three swimming pools at Sala, when we went to the Sala Bar Restaurant to swim, the pool attendant kept asking if we were Sala guests. I showed him my room key, but his attitude was unfriendly. My mother and I went swimming, and he made sarcastic remarks. I was sitting on a pool chair – wearing a long maxi dress, so I definitely wouldn't be swimming – but he stood next to me and said, "I'm warning you beforehand, you're not allowed in the pool, otherwise when you go in, I'll tell you not to and you'll complain." He kept staring at us, making us uncomfortable, so we had to leave. I think it was because we went to swim but didn't order any food, so the Sala Bar staff didn't want to serve us.

The staff were friendly and helpful (every staff member who passed by greeted guests very politely). The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and very suitable for a relaxing stay.

I booked a room at Sala for Tet 2026, and I didn't expect such a lovely room. The garden area was spacious and pleasant, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was especially delicious. My daughter loved it, and I will definitely visit again next time.

We had a very pleasant 4d3n stay with our infant. Staffs were friendly and say hello to us all the way we meet them even the gardeners, security guard, cleaners etc, supportive, and spoke good English. We arrived around 9 a.m. and they kindly allowed us to do early check-in and prepared baby cot and also even offered us free breakfast — we really appreciated it! We will definitely come back for our next trips. A very very small thing that I hope they will pay more attention to maintaining the baby chairs, as it’s quite necessary. I had already mentioned this to the waitress. Love It!

Everything was very satisfying. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is located on the main road, next to Sala Grand Hotel and opposite is Sala beach cafe. The room is clean and airy, the view on the first floor at night has tables and chairs, very cool, you can go to the cafe to listen to music on the weekend.

Gd I had a wonderful night's stay. The space is extremely airy, the breakfast is very diverse with many dishes, beautifully decorated. Very close to the sea, convenient for traveling. Only one small minus point is that the water in the room I stayed in was a bit weak, the electricity in the room was a bit dark. If I go next time, I will still choose Sala Tuy Hoa Beach Hotel to stay. Especially the Sala staff is enthusiastic, friendly, and lovely.

very convenient location, close to the sea and close to restaurants. The rooms in front near the swimming pool are suitable for families with children, the swimming pool is small. However, there is a larger swimming pool across the street near the sea, also belonging to the hotel. Those who choose to swim in the sea are given free life jackets. Behind there is a quite green garden. The staff is very gentle. I feel satisfied with this choice.

Happy staff. Central area, very convenient for eating or swimming. Quiet, cool room, green area. Full breakfast, buffet breakfast interview staff was a bit absent-minded so had to remind many times but friendly. The small swimming pool in the hotel was rarely cleaned so it was dirty, the big swimming pool opposite the hotel on the other side of the street was also dirty with many fallen leaves, only the swimming pool on the 17th floor of Grand Hotel was okay to use. Good price. Overall good.
