I had booked 2 deluxe rooms but it was near the end of the day when I confirmed the phone because the hotel did not contact first. What I got back was that the hotel had a wrong booking, only family room and deluxe room. So I had to earn more people for this trip because I had to make more money. The extra money we also felt was ok, but the service received was not worth the money I spent. The family room has no slippers, no fridge, the door is damaged, the curtain is collapsed and there is no TV control. I feel this trip is quite bad. The first time I booked through the service but I was not satisfied. Best regards!!
