Actually, I'm reluctant to write a review, but for the sake of the progress of the accommodation, I think this review can be a correction for Mink Mink Inn. Stayed 4 nights here, first when I entered I was given a dirty room (the floor was a bit dirty indicating it had not been swept/mopped) and what made me dislike it was that when I got into bed I saw that the sheets and pillowcases had hair in several locations (indicating that the sheets had not been replaced), called the receptionist, and finally the bed sheets were changed without saying sorry, just finished with the bed sheets, when it was quite late, suddenly the room AC leaked, finally called the receptionist again and asked if they wanted to change rooms (of course they wanted to change rooms because it was booked for 4 nights), The funny thing is that the receptionist who called us back to our room simply said that please move to a new room, there is already a key attached to the door of the room. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, the room was never cleaned: tidied up, on the 2nd day in the afternoon I deliberately looked for the service department asking for the room to be cleaned (just cleaned) then until check out, the room was never cleaned. Breakfast is mediocre (knowingly there may be few guests), what is unfortunate is the unprofessional manners and service, hopefully this review can be used as a correction and not a bad thing (because this is true), perhaps HR management needs to be improved again to be more professional, successful for Mink Mink Inn, thank you.
