Very nice place, just love when booking contact is rather difficult to contact (slow response).

Mm... not so good like what I expected. A bit dusty in some spot. Bed was a sponge bed.

The air conditioner has a living room and bedroom leaked out of water, basically I give up using a website if I want to rent an apartment or hotel

Room cleanliness is good, aircon working nicely and swimming pool is available. However there was no towel, no tissue, no bath soap, and water gallon was empty. Room window latch is broken, cannot close.

Several times staying at the waterplace, because it likes the location and swimming pool. Usually there are no problems (different apartment owners). Fixed for the unit this time somewhat disappointed. Requested dp 500 thousand, which in my opinion is too big. Then the old check-in-check-out process. Plus the air conditioner in one of the rooms wasn't cold. Already complained but no follow up. And don't forget, if you stay here, take care of the parking card first (if you bring a car). Because parking is very expensive.
