Administrasi. Yang pertama dari resepsionisnya yang tidak responsif dan late respon banget. Udah dihubungi dari H-1 bahkan pada saat check in juga belum dibalas, ditelepon tidak diangkat, di SMS tidak dibalas, udah dibantu pihak agen online juga nihil. Alhasil pas check-in masih harus nunggu. Kebersihan. Pas pertama masukk kotor banget, bahkan harus beberes sendiri seperti menyapu dan mengepel sendiri. Udah lapor ke resepsionis ga ada tindak lanjut, cuma disuruh lapor ke penjaga, tidak membantu memfasilitasi. Harga. Untuk harga yang menurut saya mahal fasilitas yang didapat tidak sebanding. Kamar kotor, kamar mandi kotor, fasilitas kamar rusak (lampu, lemari, jendela). Jika dibandingkan dengan kamar dengan range harga serupa, ini mahal karena fasilitasnya kurang. Akses. Jauh buat kemana-mana, ke Indomaret, kampus IPB, terminal atau fasilitas umum yang lain. Jadi kalau yang ga bawa kendaraan pribadi susah guys. Pelayanan. I and my family, at first only looked for accommodation close to the campus of IPB, which at that time we took the eldest child to study at IPB, because there only appeared in the application Dramaga Guest Gouse, with reasonable prices, then we chose the guest house. At first we were "blank" about the area in the city of Bogor, and after arriving in Algira (by taking the entrance which leads to the rural atmosphere) feels a pleasant feel like home, and indeed this guest house is not a starred inn, but it is appropriate if choose to stay there during the management at IPB, with a note: more comfort if we bring our own vehicle, so that it is not constrained to go in and out of the inn, because there is a decent distance (about 3 km) into the Algira complex from Dramaga Highway.

Not as expected as in the picture and far from anywhere (indomaret, mall and others) so it is difficult if you want to order food.
