Very dissatisfied with the service at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms, but the flight was delayed so we arrived late. The hotel did not call us back. When we arrived, they said that these 2 rooms had problems and were being repaired. Then they moved our family to a room with 2 beds. Very inconvenient. They said they would stay for the night. They would take that room back tomorrow afternoon. My family had something to do and had to leave early for Dong Nai, so when we returned late in the afternoon, the hotel still replied that we would move to the other room. They did not return the 2 rooms we had booked initially. We had to speak up. They then moved us to 2 other rooms on different floors.

The room is also quite because I need it to be close to the airport, but if I want to go out to eat, I have to drive a bit outside. The TV almost doesn't work, I booked many rooms but it's almost like that. I'm quite afraid of the elevator here. And one thing is that the hotel doesn't update the pictures of what the breakfast is like, I saw the pictures and it was a buffet but when I checked in, I got a breakfast voucher for noodles, fried bread, fried noodles,... a bit disappointing.

Can stay here. The room is clean, it would be very good if there was a fan.

The room is not soundproof, the noise can be heard clearly in the hallway, the receptionist is not very enthusiastic, does not carry luggage for guests, the mattress is old and not clean. The bathroom smells a bit like sewer.

Nice with wifi and in the city

The room smelled of rats and cockroaches. There was always a big fat lady lying down in the lobby with her feet up, very unsightly. Overall, a terrible experience.

The evening reception is extremely unpleasant when guests check in. This should be reconsidered.

The poor experience when staying 2 nights at Hoa De Nhat Hotel. I booked family room with 2 bedrooms through app. I read the facilities that the hotel has hot water, but my booked room did not have hot water. So, 2 my daughters could not take a bath in the first night. It 's so tired. I said with the receptionist about that but she didn't give me any solutions or change to new rooms. I paid full price and did not receive the good service. On the second day, no one comes to fix the hot water for us. When I asked the receptionist about the hot water in room, she said me that it was OK. But, it 's no hot water when I checked. I called her and complained. What 's the fucking service in Hoa De Nhat Hotel. The room 505 is very bad, no hot water, and the fucking sound in night, very noisy.

Break room to lie down. Not suitable for leisure or business travel

Kamarnya super luas, dan terang. Tidak horor, bersih banget. Super lengkap dan staff sangat ramah juga baik sekali. Bisa titip barang di resepsionis juga. Harganya lumayan murah dekat dengan bandara HCM dan kota HCM.
