Closet kamar mandi nya mampet jadi ngeflash nya lama, serem kalo yang mules. AC nya kurang dingin. Lalu paling penting ruangannya rada bau kasur bantal nya kaya bekas orang bau gitu kurang enak. Dapet makan ga dianter ngambil sendiri. Trus bisa bener nasi abis diganti Indomie.

Sudah langganan lama di hotel ini, pelayanan semakin bagus dan sangat responsif dari petugasnya juga ramah, check in dan check out sangat fleksibel. Sarapan juga enak. Ke depan akan selalu menginap di sini😍👍

Kamar bersih, pelayanan ramah dan dekat dengan pusat kuliner, gampang untuk dijangkau dan diakses, sarapan pagi baik. Sangat menyenangkan menginap di Ventura.
