The room was unkempt, the floor was sticky and stained. Beddings had a lot of stains, especially the pillows. The window latch was broken, and I could hear the traffic and wind noise from the outside. The room is worn out, and management should look into doing a deep cleaning and touch-up of the walls, door condition, etc. Overall, a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable sleep and stay in.

The room was very comfortable, nice, and looked luxurious, but in the middle of the night, someone suddenly opened our door, and again in the afternoon, we assumed it was a staff member. This shouldn't have happened because someone was inside. We also didn't give permission for the staff to come in and clean. Besides, who wants to clean in the afternoon and in the middle of the night?

Easy access and away from the noise.

The check-in process was fast, the receptionist was friendly, but the room wasn't that great because I got a smoking room. It smelled of cigarettes🥲 so if you stay here, make sure you get a non-smoking room.

The room was nice and big enough for me and my two kids. It was as described, but unfortunately the bathroom concept was a bit confusing because the bathroom glass was transparent, so when I wanted to take a shower, it was clearly visible to the other occupants. But overall it was quite good. The staff was also friendly and responsive. Because the location is a bit far, you have to use Grab and it's quite expensive to get everywhere, likewise if you want to get food you have to order Grab. For additional information, there are two swimming pools, one paid and one free.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. You will have to deposit 200RM when checking in, the receptionist will return the deposit to you when you check out. From the accommodation to famous places around such as Batu Caves, Thien Hau Temple, Petaling Street Market are all close, only about 15 minutes. I have stayed here twice and will continue to stay here when I have the opportunity to return to Kuala Lumpur.

the apartment is comfortable.. the facilities are quite helpful.. washing machine, iron, 2 plates, 2 bowls but no spoon and ladle 😁, there is a pan. the location is quite far from the main road and quiet.. so at night according to the receptionist it is dangerous to go out. the staff is quite helpful. deposit can only be made in cash. we informed the staff the night before co that we would Co at 5 am.. the deposit was immediately processed that night because they would only open the office at 7 am. thank God everything went smoothly... thank you.

Alhamdulillah, we felt very comfortable staying here, the place is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there is a microwave, mini fridge and washing machine too, and it is family friendly, we didn't lose out by staying for 3 days and 2 nights with a very economical budget 😍 This is highly recommended for a large family vacation destination.

The bathroom smell like sewerage, something wrong with the outlet drain? Even the toilet I keep close, but the I still can smell it.
